Baby Rhyme Time, an early literacy program of books, music and movement with Julie Baxter for ages birth to 3, will open its Summer Reading Program registration. Programs will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays, July 14, 21 and 28 and August 4 and 11. Registration is required. Call 778-7621 to sign up or for more information.
